Which email chain is this load even in?
Kolank pulls every email, WhatsApp, and Telegram about a load into one thread. It reads the thread, drafts your quotes, rate cons, and carrier replies, and updates your TMS. You approve what matters. It never fat-fingers an address and never sleeps.
30-minute demo · bring a real load · watch it work live.
03:14 AM · Load #31480-43341
It drafts. You approve the calls that count.
Every inbound message lands in the load's thread. Kolank reads it, does the work, and writes the reply. Routine updates can go out on their own. A rate or a booking always waits for your yes.
Built on a working brokerage's complete archive: 22 real loads, every email, rate con, BOL, and POD, read end to end.

Hi team, would you be able to cover the below? Reefer, Dallas TX → Atlanta GA. P/U Friday 8AM. Target rate $1,900 ALL IN.Carrier · WhatsApp · 3:14 AM
We're empty 30 min out, ready to go. Is it still available? Can you give $1,700?To: Carrier · WhatsApp · 3:15 AM
I can do $1,450 if you can make it work. Please complete carrier setup and send photos of the truck showing company name and MC, truck plate, and driver's CDL.Vetted before drafting: authority active · insurance current · CSA clean
Kolank drafts. You approve what matters. It never commits a dollar on its own.
One agent across every channel you already live in
Sound familiar?
You're not running a brokerage. You're running an inbox.
Freight still moves on email, group chats, and spreadsheets: 4 to 6 hours of busywork on every load. So you hire an offshore team to do it, slowly, and watch the margin keep shrinking.
Re: Re: Fwd:
One load. Three email chains. A WhatsApp.
The carrier never hits reply-all. The customer reuses one mega-thread for thirty loads. By 2 a.m. the tracking handoff has lost the plot.
Paper sticker
The MC# checked out. The truck didn't.
Authority clean, COI clean. The giveaway was a paper placard taped to the cab door. Double-brokers count on you being too slammed to look.
3:14 AM
A breakdown at 3 a.m. Nobody's awake.
“Truck's down, need 4 hours.” It sits in WhatsApp until 9. By then the customer is furious and the load is already at risk.
Quote in 5, or lose it
Every quote is a fire drill.
Pull up DAT, Maps, your history, fuel, then do the margin math. That's 15 to 45 minutes per quote, while a faster broker already replied.
Copy. Paste. Repeat.
Re-keying loads is a full-time job.
20–30 minutes per load into the TMS. One wrong ZIP or rate becomes a missed delivery or a billing dispute weeks later.
Five browser tabs
Vetting a carrier by hand, every time.
MC#, authority, insurance, CSA, checked manually for every carrier while the truck you wanted books somebody else's load.
The shift

24/7 · Always on
The back office that never clocks out.
Loads don't wait for business hours. Kolank works every message the moment it lands: quoting, vetting carriers, chasing check calls, updating the TMS. A 2 a.m. note is handled by the time you're up. You stay in control; it just never sleeps.
How it works
Set it up once. Approve what matters.
Kolank runs the repetitive work end to end and saves your judgment for the decisions that commit money and your name.
- 01
Connect your inbox
Gmail, Outlook, and chat flow into one place. Every load becomes its own thread, with all of its messages and documents.
- 02
The agent works the load
It reads each message, researches the rate, and vets carriers. Then it drafts the reply, whether that's a quote or a rate con.
- 03
You approve what matters
A rate con or a booking waits for your yes, every time. Routine replies can send themselves once you allow it.
- 04
Records stay current
Booked loads, status updates, and documents land in your TMS automatically. No re-keying, no missed updates.
Kolank drafts. You approve what matters. It never commits money or a load on its own.
What it does
From the first quote to the final invoice.
Kolank covers the whole load lifecycle: the work you'd hand to a back-office team, handled in seconds. Routine steps run themselves; the calls that count wait for you.
Customer communication
Status updates, delay alerts, and delivery confirmations drafted in your voice, before the customer has to ask.
Carrier vetting
Authority, insurance, and CSA, plus the red flags that catch double-brokers: a CDL that doesn't match the rate-con signer, a paper placard instead of permanent markings, a cold offer from a free email address.
Load tracking & check calls
Chases ETAs, watches for delays, and keeps the customer posted so you're not making check calls all day.
Rate quoting & matching
Market-aware rate drafts in seconds and the right carrier for the lane. You set the margin; it does the legwork.
TMS data entry
Pulls load details straight from emails and documents into your system. No copy-paste, no fat-fingered ZIPs.
Invoice & document processing
Reads PODs, BOLs, and invoices, files them to the load, and flags anything that doesn't match.
FAQ
Questions brokers actually ask.
Straight answers before you bring us a load.
Does Kolank send messages on its own?
Only the routine ones, and only if you turn that on. Out of the box, every draft waits for your yes. Flip on auto-send and routine replies (a status update to someone already in the thread) go out on their own. Anything that commits your brokerage always waits for a human: a quote, a rate confirmation, a booking, an invoice. No exceptions, and you can switch back to full manual anytime.
Which channels does it cover?
Every channel a load actually lives on. A single load can generate 30–60 messages scattered across email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone. Kolank reads your Gmail or Outlook inbox and your messaging apps, and pulls it all into one thread per load.
How does carrier vetting work?
Before you commit a load, Kolank checks the carrier's authority, insurance, and safety record, and flags anything that doesn't pass. You never hand freight to a carrier you shouldn't.
Does it replace my TMS?
Yes and no. If you already run a TMS, Kolank works with it: load details, status updates, and documents land in your system without re-keying. If you don't have one, you don't need to buy one. Kolank is your TMS; it mints the load numbers, keeps every load's file, and is the system of record.
How does it handle rate confirmations?
Kolank drafts the rate con from the load's own thread: the lane, rate, equipment, and stops it has already read. You review, edit if needed, and approve. It's sent and filed to the load.
What about check calls and track and trace?
It chases ETAs, watches for delays, and drafts customer status updates before they have to ask, so you're not spending your day on check calls.
Who is Kolank for?
Freight brokers and brokerages. A solo desk gets the same agent as a team replacing an offshore back office. It's not built for shippers or carriers.
Do you actually know freight?
Kolank was built by reading a working brokerage's complete archive: 22 real loads, every email, rate con, BOL, and POD from first inquiry to invoice. The pains it targets come straight from those loads: one load scattered across three email chains, 3 a.m. carrier messages, vetting by hand, chasing PODs.
Is my brokerage's data secure?
Yes. Each brokerage's data is isolated in its own workspace and encrypted in transit and at rest. A quote, rate con, or booking never leaves without a human's approval. Auto-send is opt-in and limited to routine replies to people already in the conversation.

You didn't get into freight to copy-paste rate cons at midnight.
Bring one load. We'll show you the rest.
In 30 minutes, watch Kolank read a real thread, draft the replies, vet the carrier, and update the record, with you approving the calls that count. If it doesn't feel like a hire you'd make, no hard feelings.
You'll talk to the founder, not a sales team.
